Shrek has seen Hagrid popping his child into a back pack, and assumes she is being kidnapped. That is when Shrek arrives.īeing from different universes, the two naturally speak different languages, and are unable to communicate. Well, being the thoughtful and protective fellow he is, he pops the child into his backpack to take it home and feed it. Hagrid has been wandering through magical portals to other worlds, looking for new pets, and has found himself inside a particular swamp.where he comes across a baby ogre, wandering lost in the swamp.
